Job Summary
Boosterize, a leader in TikTok marketing, is seeking TikTok creators with at least 10,000 followers to collaborate on product promotion videos. Creators will pick up product samples from our office and produce engaging short-form videos to showcase high-quality products. Compensation ranges from $25 to $100 per hour, depending on follower count, past video performance, and the complexity of each video project.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Create engaging and professional TikTok videos to promote products provided by Boosterize. Ensure content aligns with TikTok trends and platform guidelines.
- Product Pickup: Visit our Los Angeles office (CA 90048) to collect product samples.
- Promotion: Highlight product features, creatively showcase benefits, and authentically engage your audience to drive interest and sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Boosterize team to ensure video content meets branding and marketing objectives.
- Optimization: Use your understanding of TikTok’s algorithm and trends to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements
TikTok Follower Base: Minimum of 10,000 followers with proven engagement and reach metrics.

- Adaptability: Familiarity with TikTok trends and ability to pivot content strategy as needed.

Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $25–$100 based on follower count, past video performance, and video complexity.
- Project-Based: Pay is calculated by converting video complexity into work hours.
