Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in data analysis, business insights, and market research to drive strategic decisions that enhance our influencer marketing and e-commerce efforts. The role involves the analysis of internal and external datasets, providing actionable insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze datasets related to e-commerce sales, influencer outreach, and marketing performance to identify trends and provide insights to enhance business decisions.
- Business Intelligence Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement BI solutions that meet business requirements and support key decision-making processes.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research on competitors, industry trends, and pricing strategies to influence marketing campaigns and business strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports that track key performance metrics for influencer campaigns and sales trends on platforms like TikTok Shop.
- Data-Driven Recommendations: Present findings and actionable recommendations to management and key stakeholders to optimize marketing strategies and boost sales performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field is required.
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with SQL or Python for data extraction and analysis.
- Ability to work with large datasets and distill complex information into clear and concise insights.
- Strong communication skills to present data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
